A rough guide by room. We measure before we quote.
Oversized units short-cycle and cost more; undersized ones run flat out and never catch up. Ceiling height, insulation and west-facing glass all move the number.

Pipework, drainage and bracket done neatly, with condensate run to a drain, not onto the paving.
Vacuum, pressure test and commission so it performs as rated from day one.
Electrical Safety Certificate and the manufacturer's warranty registered for you.
Solar advice included. If you have panels, we set the unit up to make the most of them. If you don't, we can quote both together.

Quick answers.
How much does a split system cost installed in Perth?A 2.5kW bedroom unit supplied and installed usually lands in the low two thousands; a 7kW living-area unit in the mid three thousands. Back-to-back installs (indoor and outdoor units either side of the same wall) are the cheapest; long pipe runs add to it.
Which brands do you install?We install Daikin and Midea, and will recommend the one that fits the room and budget, and we install customer-supplied units too.
Can I run air con off my solar?Yes, and it's the best use of it. Cooling the house at 2pm on a 38° day is exactly when your panels are producing most. Pre-cooling in the afternoon and easing off at dusk cuts the evening grid draw.
How often should it be serviced?A filter clean every few months yourself, and a proper service every couple of years, more if it works hard. Twice a year is ideal, in spring and autumn.
