Switchboard upgrades & RCDs
Old ceramic fuses, no safety switches, or a board that can't take solar, a battery or an EV charger. We replace it with a compliant board and RCD protection on every circuit.
Fault finding & repairs
Tripping RCDs, half the house out, a burning smell at the board. Same-day where we can. We find the cause, not just reset the switch.
Lighting, fans & power points
LED downlights, outdoor and security lighting, ceiling fans, extra power points, USB outlets. Neat cable runs, patched and painted where we've been.
Rewires & renovations

What's your call-out fee?We quote a fixed call-out that covers travel and the first half hour of diagnosis, then give you a price for the fix before we do it. No call-out fee on quoted jobs like switchboards, rewires or solar. Ask for the current figure when you call; it's the same for everyone.
Do I need a switchboard upgrade for solar or a battery?Often, on homes built before the late 1990s. Ceramic fuses, no RCDs or no spare ways mean the board has to be replaced before solar can be connected. We check yours from a photo before quoting so it's never a surprise on install day.
Are RCDs (safety switches) compulsory in WA?Yes. WA requires at least two RCDs protecting all power and lighting circuits in homes being sold or rented. If your board only has one, or none, that's a compliance issue as well as a safety one.
Do you do strata, rentals and real estate work?Yes. Compliance checks, RCD and smoke alarm testing and repairs for property managers, with reports sent the same day.
